Completely redeveloped, an all-new fire station, six-story office building and parking deck are inclusive of The Station at East 54. The fire station, home to the The Chapel Hill Fire Department (CHFD), was reconstructed into a state-of-the-art facility to allow for more accommodation and storage capacity. Located on South Hamilton Road across from the Aloft Hotel, this station sits alongside the 50,000 square foot mix-use office building that boasts beautiful views of the Finley Golf Course.
