The Block is a brand new three-story mixed-use building located in the the heart of downtown Holly Springs, North Carolina. This 52,530 square foot U-shaped building offers both retail and office space and is already a major downtown attraction and landmark, as it reflects the town’s historical culture. The street façade for each side of the Block caters to different facets of the community and is symbolic of the progressive melting pot community of people from different places, generations, interests and cultures.
